Mental Health First Aid Training - October 2024

Over 2 days our in-house team of instructors will train individuals from your organisation to become Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders®).
The training will support learners to:
- Gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of a colleague experiencing poor mental health
- Be confident starting a conversation and signpost to appropriate support
Please note, the dates and times for this training are:
Tue. 8th October 9:30am - 5pm
Tue. 15h October 9:30am - 5pm
Learners will need to attend both days in order to become MHFAiders®
