Our Healthy Conversation Skills for Managers Training is for managers and team leaders who want to know how to talk to their team about their health and wellbeing and know how to support them.
Obviously managers and team leaders can't be subject matter experts on every aspect of wellbeing, and so this is where knowing how to have a structured Healthy Conversation is key.
The training helps managers to:
- Increase their confidence in talking about health and wellbeing with their team
- Support their team to explore their own health and wellbeing
- Learn the benefits of spending more time listening to their team members
- Support an employee to think about their own behaviour change plan
- Improve awareness of local signposting options and resources
- Identify opportunities in their own roles where they can use the skills gained from the course,
